If you haven’t already noticed the media coverage of it and you regularly skate in Brisbane city, keep in mind is that it’s now a $500 on the spot fine for skating in King George Square, whether you are just cruising through at the dead of night, or the middle of the day it’s a fine. Doesn’t matter if you aren’t actually doing any tricks that might cause damage, it’s still a fine.
