Placing an order with us at Skate-Parts.Com is actually really easy, and you don't need to create an account either (it is done automatically for you based on your details if you chose not to).
Have a look at the items on our website to find what you are looking for. You can either browse by the item type (for example, complete skateboard, decks, wheels, trucks etc) or by the brand (for example, all products from Z-Flex).
Once you've found the items you are after, choose your options (for example, some products require you to choose an attribute like deck size or item colour), the quantity you want to order and click the grey "Add To Cart" button. Do this for each item you would like to buy.
After you have finished shopping, review all the items that you have placed in your shopping cart. You can do this by clicking the "View Cart" link in the "Shopping Cart" box at the top of the menu bar. From the shopping cart page you can review the items you have added, change the quantity you wish to order, or remove something from the cart that you have changed your mind about. Click the grey "Update Cart" button to save any changes.
If you are happy with the contents of your cart and are ready to place your order, click the grey "Checkout" button at the bottom of your shopping cart.
Alternatively you can skip the shopping cart by clicking the "Checkout" link in the "Shopping Cart" box in the top left of the menu to jump straight to the checkout.
At the checkout you will be required to enter a number of details for your order.
In case you jump straight to the checkout and for your reference while you are entering your details a summary of the items you are purchasing is shown at the top of the checkout.
If you aren't already logged in to an existing account you can choose to login. If you don't already have an account or don't want to login, just enter your email address. If you want to specify a username and password for your new account, you can do so here. If you don't want to, just leave these fields blank. An account is automatically created using your email address as the username and a password will be randomly generated and emailed to you.
If you've ordered from us before using the same email address your order will be associated with the account that was created previously.
You will need to enter the name and address for where you want the order to be shipped to. Skate-Parts.Com ships worldwide, however only shipping within Australia is free.
If you have ordered from us previously and are logged in, you will be able to select one of your previous delivery addresses if you wish, or enter a new one.
Enter your full billing address. The billing address must correspond to the address listed with your credit card company if you choose to pay by credit card using PayMate or PayPal. If your billing address information is the same as your delivery information, just tick the "My billing information is the same as my delivery information." box.
If you check the box to indicate your billing address is the same as your delivery address this will be automatically calculated and shown here along with the standard shipping method for that type of product. If they are different or if you have made a change to your delivery address, press the grey "Click to calculate shipping" button and your shipping will be calculated or recalculated and displayed.
Got a coupon or discount voucher for Skate-Parts.Com? Enter it in the "Coupon code" box and click the grey "Apply to order" button to save it with your order and apply the discount.
Select your preferred payment method. We currently accept credit cards through Paymate and PayPal. We also accept direct deposit payments into our bank account (there is usually a 2-3 day wait on this payment method) and other payment options provided by PayPal. Cash on Delivery is available as a payment option for orders under $250 only and will be sent with Australia Post regardless of what shipping method you select.
You should also be aware that postage is not free with the cash on delivery payment method and Australia Post charge an additional fee for the COD service that you will also be responsible for paying.

This is completely optional, but we do love to know where you hear about us. There are a number of options available in the drop down box, or you can type your own answer if we haven't got the option available.
Once you have entered all your details and are ready to go ahead with your order, just click the grey "Review order" button.
Check the accuracy of the information you provided, if there is anything that isn't right, click the grey "Back" button to be taken back to the checkout page and adjust your details.
If everything is correct, click the grey "Submit order" button to place your order.
If you chose to pay with credit card on Paymate this button will read "Submit order to Paymate" and you will be taken to a secure Paymate payment page to enter your credit card details.
If you chose to pay with PayPal, you will be taken to PayPal's secure website to login and make the payment.
An order confirmation will appear on your screen that shows your order number. A confirmation of your order will be emailed to you immediately after submitting your order including your invoice. You can also access your invoice by logging in to your account and a printed copy will be included with your order when it is shipped out.
